To create this, they need to identify their target market and segment. They also need to have a reason as to why they are making this. This reason helps in ensuring that the video aims to have contents about this. Though, they know that all this should be within the budget in just to have creative resources with the company provider.

Demo videos are the most common type of this video marketing. As the name suggests, it demonstrates to customers how it is used. The provider will put in the product details and its important information. Customers will be given an idea as to its purpose and its methods of use. Usually, these are made as an instructional and a tutorial video. Customers are taught of the hows and whys which range from unboxing to end use of products.

In addition, explainer videos are made. They create a fictional story wherein customers are given product and user perspectives. As a result, they have better understanding of the offered product. It explains how a user problem will be solved through its use. Simple yet understandable statements are given here for easy comprehension of customers.

Another type is doing expert interviews. Professionals such as scientists and other figures of authority will do explanations on its relations to customer problems. They may be members of the department of research and development who understands and knows the product. Companies will earn an increase of customer trusts as a result. Shared to the public are their opinion and product facts so customers will endear it to them.

At times, they do event videos. Here, they make use of the happenings on the product launching. This event is where they officially introduce their product to business partners, investors, and most especially customers. It uses important highlights on the event such as customers trying it and giving their positive feedbacks. They present how well received and successful this launching is.

Also, brand videos are created. These are what customers see usually on TV which is commercials and TV advertisements. Actors are also included in order to be seen as brand ambassadors. They create awareness campaigns in order to widen their target market. Company vision is also contained here to attract customer attention.

Moreover, they are attracted more on the animated videos posted online. Because of the colorful animation, customers have better response on it. It strongly attracts them due to the simplified explanation and corresponding photos. This kind of videos is starting to be popular among companies.

Also, a live video is being implemented by the company. This is not frequently used though. It uses media platforms that are popular such as Facebook and YouTube live. It greatly benefits them as they can answer customer questions immediately. In effect, high percentage of customer engagement occurs that does not happen to other types of videos.
