Moreover, you should spare some time and resources to educate the staff members. If there are no clear guidelines provided then there is the possibility of getting a lot of resistance. To circumvent this issue, you are encouraged to provide the nitty-gritty of the change to be made at the company. Also, you give employees a chance to seek clarification. This way you get to move together without leaving anyone behind.

Introduce the change in stages. You do not want to bombard your employees with so much. So you should introduce the change in stages. Allow the stakeholders in your organization to have time to get used to the change in small bits. If you bombard them, they will get overwhelmed and this may result to resistance.

The last resort is firing anyone who refuses to accommodate the change. If you find that there is anyone who is resistant to change even after trying every other technique then you need to let them go. If the change is important then you should only work with the people who are willing to accommodate the change.

Changing the operations and how you do business is a thing that will always be there. You need to be flexible so that you can change as the world changes.
