It may be because your outputs are not in the satisfactory level and maybe you still have lots to learn about your field of expertise. Sometimes, it takes patience and determination to win that particular employment spot. If not, then the title may not be for you.

Therefore, with all these experiences and outstanding backgrounds, they are confident enough to train these employees and to answer their questions. They also are confident to supervise company officers since they know that they know more than them. They are paid for this ability and they have excellent management skills. They do not act like they spoon feed them with lessons and techniques.

They just monitor their progress, and of course, provide a few learning sessions. These individuals surely are very busy with their own schedules and have only minimum time for training. They term this as coaching since they only operate during working hours and they keep track of their daily or weekly progress. Some hire them during the performance while some would rather learn before they get promoted.

Necessary assessments examinations are required before concluding that a person is already capable of becoming a high ranked officer. Some may fail and other may pass. These tests are composed of different items that could discriminate qualified and under qualified candidates. This is a very accurate tool for transparent evaluation.
