Industrial processes range from manufacturing or production, packaging, transporting and finally the disposal of waste. This may be because of the user-friendly operations or skills acquired. It may cost some money for training or assistance to get the new skills to operate the new machines. Or just the fear of trying something instead of what has been tried and tested over years.

The segments, on the other hand, are easy to transport. They can be divided into different packaging according to the position, making it easy to carry and transport. They come with easy DIY assembling instructions for new users. It is not a hustle for older users to put together. However, the transporting must be trusted and efficient to avoid any loss or misplacing of parts packages.

Stainless steel is also used widely in making this equipment. It is a steel alloy with a high chromium content. This metal does not rust, corrode, or stain easily as ordinary steel. Therefore, it makes it the most favourable for industrial use or corrosive work. The amount of chromium alloy makes different stainless-steel materials for different work. These flights made with this type of metal last longer.

The most popular stainless steel is the 3CR12, which has 12% chromium. This is stronger and it is corrosive resistant. Because of the durable nature, it can be sharpened to sharper blades and different width of segments of flighting parts. The composition does not rely on any expensive alloys so it is fairly affordable.

Custom made is exactly as per person needs not prescribed by the manufacturer, however, advise maybe given or general knowledge on different metals and designs that may be new and more effective. New engineered designs are made to make the work of the user easier, quicker and effective not to be expensive. The manufacturer has different metals for customers to choose from.
