There has been a lot of emphasis on equality in every system of governance and business recently. With that, there has been a lot of progress and many systems have adopted this ideology altogether. However, there is still much to accomplish since not everyone has fully adopted this as well. People need to be mobilized on the essence of equality since everyone has an equal right just like any other and can perform equally well if provided with necessary supports. Consider the discrepancy between this two aspects. Many people can easily identify persons with differences but cannot contemplate what inclusion means. It does not matter how diverse your staff is but how well their well being is catered for and how comfortable one feel included in a particular community. Confirm whether you have necessary item and measures to ensure this. Even though you might have hired diverse personality in your business, you might have failed to consider their indifference with the item and measures taken in their inclusion. Having a room secured for people from different religion, purchasing assistance devices for people with disabilities and making a barrier free environment are just a few consideration one can take in this attempts.

Attend training workshops and seminars. Since this aspect is widely considered, certainly there are a lot of training workshop and seminar respectively. At least make a point to attend a few, and have the rest of the staff attend as well to affect your attempts altogether.

Monitor and evaluate your progress. Hire an external personnel to determine the progress made in your attempts to include individuals with differences. However, agree on the time you will be doing this which depending on the period that you started this kind of undertaking. At the end of every monitoring, there should be a report indicating the progress made and expectation needed to be observed to assure excellence in your attempts.

Define their authenticity in participation. Despite attempts to include different individuals within the business or companies, there can be the minimal involvement of this individual altogether. Many business owners and managers fail to acknowledge the ability with this kind of personnel having their ideologies taken for granted. This is irrespective of an expectation of having them attending your meetings and listening to their views and putting them into effect when proven to be useful altogether.

Have a community social responsibility as well. One cannot just confine to the limit of their own companies over this but need to mobilize the larger society on the importance of inclusion. However, one must have such individuals as them to motivate the rest within the society. Far from that, effective measures are needed to be carried out to ensure that such considerations are realized.
