For many years people have often shopped at various locations which have many old and new things to offer. Sometimes these individuals will find themselves at estate sales which are held around the area. Quite often these auctions are done when someone passes away and their relatives want to make a deal of money on certain goods.
A single man residing in America had always been fascinated with the antiques and other things which are located at one of these places. Even as a little boy he had always gone shopping with his mother and the two of them both loved things which were rare. Luckily his current job paid him enough money to spend on priceless items.
Other people were always jealous of him since he had a flare for fashion and style. The grand house that was selling these goods was located in the expensive part of town. The young man left his job early in order to beat the crowd and obtain some items that would fit perfectly in his home.
It was a good thing that he was able to beat the major crowds to this fine place after working at his job. The house was enormous and he could see all of the cars parked in front. Some of the furniture was placed within the front part of the house in order for customers to move it easily.
There were many cars and trucks available for a guy who liked to collect these large metal monsters. Each and every person now living at this place enjoyed seeing so many enthusiastic human beings who were willing to spend so much money in a short period of time. The young man knew exactly what he wanted from this place and he had no interest in vehicles or any types of garments.
He knew that there was one painting at this location which would fit perfectly on his living room wall. The picture showcased a beautiful woman who was wearing a green dress. She was very mysterious looking and seemed very realistic even though she only existed on canvas. The people in charge of this event only charged the eager male a few hundred dollars for this rare and exotic looking piece.
Once he reached his home the smart bloke immediately hanged the picture within his home. It looked darn good to him and he was sure that all of his friends would also admire it. Unfortunately it had been a very long day for him and he headed upstairs to his bedroom after staring at this picture for a few minutes. Later that night as he slept in his bed he could hear footsteps pacing the floor downstairs.
Unfortunately the only prowler that was on the property was the strange girl from the painting. She had come to life and was now walking around his parlor. The man almost jumped out of his skin since this was a very frightening experience for him. Luckily he was able to return the painting and get a full refund the next day.
